All Change: New Year, New You

Change is a constant in our lives … or so we are told. Yet, if you were to write down a list of who and what you are right now and look at that detailed list in about six months, you would find many of the items on your list are unchanged.
Noticeable change only occurs in our lives when we initiate it or when something beyond our control takes place, eg. ‘a life-changing event’. The more we direct the changes in our lives, the happier we become. It’s like being in a boat on a choppy sea; if you take the tiller, you can work with the movement of the ocean and stay on course and, more importantly, stay afloat.
And when you do decide to make positive changes to improve your overall wellbeing, be patient. It has taken you decades to create who you are right now, give yourself at least one year to make the journey to where you want to be.
Imagine this time next year, writing down a list of how you feel, how you look, how you act and react, and comparing it to where you are right now.
Let 2023 be the year where you change your approach to your wellbeing
