Why ROOLA?

I was inspired by the Irish phrase: Ri Ra agus Ruaile Buaile.

When life gets heavy and we are stuck in patterns that impede our positive growth, we could all use a little bit of Roola Boola. It will re-energise, reinvigorate and reignite our passion for life and that's where all meaningful change is forged.
