Learning to Love Life
Roola wellbeing workshops are engaging, interactive and designed to give children practical tools they can use in everyday life.
Through a lively mix of storytelling, Q&A, games and discussion, children explore topics such as confidence, managing emotions, positive thinking, resilience and building healthy relationships — in a way that is fun, memorable and meaningful.
Every workshop is carefully adapted to suit the children’s age, stage of development and level of understanding, ensuring that every child can participate, connect with the message and take something valuable away with them.

Going Beyond SPHE

Exploring Who I Am, How I Relate and the Influence I Have
These engaging workshops give children the opportunity to explore who they are, how they relate to others and the positive influence they can have within their school and wider community.
Through lively discussion, debate, storytelling and interactive activities, students explore:
-
Who I Am – developing self-awareness, confidence and a positive sense of identity.
-
My Relationships – understanding communication, empathy, respect and how to build healthy relationships.
-
My Influence – recognising the power they have to influence others and create positive change.
-
Emotional Regulation – understanding emotions and developing practical ways to manage them.
-
Leadership with Responsibility – exploring what it means to lead, make good choices and take responsibility for our actions.
-
Real Maturity – looking beyond age and appearance to understand what growing up, taking responsibility and treating others well really means.
-
Children are encouraged to think for themselves, express their opinions and listen to different perspectives. They leave with greater confidence in who they are, a stronger understanding of their relationships and the belief that their choices, words and actions can make a positive difference.
