WELCOME

ROOLA delivers engaging wellbeing workshops in schools across Ireland, helping students and teachers find calm, connect with themselves and others, and grow as individuals — both within the school setting and beyond.

With over a decade of experience, ROOLA brings practical, engaging and proven approaches into Primary and Post-Primary schools, creating space for participants to pause, reflect and discover new possibilities for a happier, healthier life.

The workshops are designed to be more than a talk. They are interactive, practical and thought-provoking — leaving participants with tools they can take away and use in everyday life.

ABOUT

Mairead Moriarty BA(Hons)

I’m a Wellbeing Coach, Meditation Guide and Motivational Speaker with over a decade of experience working with schools, students, groups and individuals across Ireland.

I create engaging, practical and thought-provoking workshops that help young people build confidence, resilience, self-belief and the skills to navigate life’s challenges.

My workshops are designed to be more than a talk. They give students the opportunity to pause, reflect, participate and discover practical tools they can take away and use in everyday life.

Through mindfulness, meditation, conversation and interactive exercises, I make wellbeing accessible, relevant and enjoyable — helping young people feel more confident, connected and equipped to look after their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
