The difference between your yesterday and your tomorrow can be breathtaking," Mairead.
Mairead is a Holistic Wellbeing Coach, Meditation Guide, and Motivational Speaker working with adult groups, schools, and one-on-one with individuals through her company www.roola.net. She empowers and guides clients as they support and harness the three pillars of their wellbeing - Body-Mind-Spirit.
"To get the most out of life, you need to bring all of you to the process of living. Your mind, body, and spirit are present in every aspect of your life, from health, relationships, career, etc," explains Mairead. "For you to create positive life changes that will stick, you must choose personal actions that reflect the interlinked needs of your Mind Body and Spirit."
Shelagh is a Stott Pilates Instructor with over 15 years of experience delivering expert instruction to clients of all ages. She works in-person with group classes, through online sessions, and privately one-on-one.
Shelagh’s belief that the power of movement and body awareness enables us to transform how we feel about ourselves and how we project to others is at the core of what she brings to her dynamic sessions. Her focus areas are breathing, balance, posture, good alignment, and flexibility. She tells her clients:
