Young men are being targetting across social media platforms and podcasts by influencers and organisations that claim to promote self-improvement, power and brotherhood. These online spaces collectively known as the manosphere claim to support young men but instead their messaging promotes unattainable standards, stigmatise vulnerability and operate on a culture of 'blame'.

This unique workshop logically unpicks the structure of the manosphere allowing young men to understand how their wellbeing, relationships and personal development are being manipulated by this toxic messaging.
